Beware of Scammers

The best protection against scammers is of course local Newcastle face-to-face inspection and trading.

It is almost certain that anyone who is not going to come and look at your bike is almost certainly a scammer.

Any enquiry which mentions shipping, western union, cashier’s cheques and the like should be regarded immediately as fraudulent.

Newcastle Exchange recommends you NEVER deal with, respond to and report any suspicious advertiser or respondent.

Use the secure mail system provided – frauds don’t like it!
